Mind and Body, with Dr. Pablo Jeczmien

Dr. Pablo Jeczmien has gained a lot of knowledge about psychiatry in more than 30 years’ experience in the field, but he always wants to know more. He is currently a General Adult Consultant Psychiatrist with NHS. As a Psychotherapist, he meets patients individually or as well as part of group and family counseling when necessary. Dr. Jeczmien also sees patients at The Riverside Practice, a centre for health and well-being in East Sussex.

Until just a few years ago, Dr. Pablo Jeczmien’s career took a more traditional track and included management and university teaching responsibilities. However, that track changed when he chose to study Anthroposophical Medicine and Anthroposophical Psychotherapy. Outside of his more traditional practice, Dr. Jeczmien dedicates most of a lot of time investigating and studying possible ways that people may be capable of mending the bridge between mind and body and discovering how to incorporate such concepts into clinical practice.
